1. Online Store Terms

2. Limited Drops & Product Availability
Inventory Constraints: Because our performance collections are dropped in strictly limited quantities, adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An item is only secured once the checkout transaction is fully finalised and processed.
Order Limitations: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Product Descriptions: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Manual Payment & Bank Transfers
If you select our Direct Bank Transfer payment method at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our mandatory verification window.
Your items will be temporarily held for 2 hours. If valid proof of payment (transfer receipt) is not uploaded or sent to our official support channels within this 2-hour window, your order will be automatically cancelled, and the items will be released back into the live inventory pool to fulfil waiting list demand.
We are not liable for bank network delays or failed transfers that occur outside of our platform.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and delivery details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this site—including but not limited to written copy, brand messaging, website design, product names, logos, custom technical garment sketches, and athletic fabric engineering concepts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Vynx Athletics.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.
6. Accuracy of Site Material
We endeavour to ensure that colours, fabric textures, and structural cuts are displayed as accurately as possible on our digital storefront. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display will perfectly reflect the true colour or texture of the physical garment upon delivery.
This site may contain certain historical or operational information regarding our design "lab" stages. This content is provided for community insight and "building in public" transparency, and should not be used as a rigid guarantee of manufacturing timelines.
7. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions as outlined in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment receipts.
