Vynx Athletics: Return & Refund Policy
At Vynx Athletics, we engineer every piece with precision, intention, and the highest standards of quality. If your purchase doesn't completely meet your performance or fit expectations, we are here to help you resolve it quickly.
- The 7-Day Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window starting from the day your tracking link marks the package as successfully delivered. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following baseline conditions: - Completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original, brand-new condition.
Free from any signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, sweat, or distinct odours.
All original product tags, packaging inserts, and custom polybags must be completely intact and attached.
⚠️ Note: For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items, undergarments, or items designated as "Final Sale" during promotional drops are strictly ineligible for return or exchange.
3. Exchanges & Sizing Issues
Because we drop our collections in highly limited quantities, our stock moves exceptionally fast. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, cut:
We will gladly process the exchange if your desired size is currently available in our inventory.
If your size is completely sold out due to drop demand, we will issue you a Store Credit/Gift Card for the full value of the item so you can secure an item from our very next lab drop.
4. Damages, Flaws, or Incorrect Items
We meticulously audit every piece before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive a structurally flawed item, damaged during transit, or completely incorrect:

Include your Order Number (e.g., #1001) and clear, high-resolution photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a priority replacement at zero additional cost to you.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow our streamlined backend workflow:
Send an email to bridgecoreng@outlook.com with the subject line: Return/Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number].
State clearly whether you are requesting an exchange for a different size, a store credit, or a refund.
Our customer support team will respond within 2–4 business hours with detailed drop-off or courier pickup instructions based on your location.
6. Shipping Logistics & Refunds
Standard Returns: Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs to our warehouse fulfilment hub. Refund Processing: Once your return package arrives at our facility and passes our quality inspection, your refund or store credit will be authorised.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (or directly via bank transfer for manual deposit orders) within 3–5 business days of passing inspection.
