Vynx Athletics: Shipping & Delivery Policy


Thank you for entering the lab with Vynx Athletics. We process and dispatch all orders with speed and precision to ensure your high-performance gear arrives at your doorstep smoothly.
Please review our comprehensive shipping framework below before finalizing your order.
1. Order Processing & Verification
Standard Processing: Orders placed using automated payment methods (Cards, Apple Pay, etc.) are processed for fulfilment within 24 to 48 business hours of successful transaction capture.
Direct Bank Transfer Verification: If you select our manual transfer option, your order will remain in a "Pending" state until our financial desk verifies your uploaded receipt. Once verified (typically within 2–4 business hours), processing timelines begin.
Fulfilment Days: Our warehouse fulfilment centre operates Monday through Friday, excluding national public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday morning.
2. Timelines & Delivery Estimates
Once your package leaves our fulfilment hub, transit times depend entirely on your delivery destination.
📍 Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria)
Local Delivery (Lagos State): 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Interstate Delivery (Abuja, Port Harcourt, and other states): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
🌍 Pan-African Shipping (Select Regions)
For our community members across the continent, shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on customs clearing protocols at the destination border.
(Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our third-party logistics partners. While we strive to meet or beat these windows, peak drop seasons or unexpected courier transit delays can occasionally occur.)
3. Shipping Rates & Live Tracking
Transparent Pricing: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address, state, and total package weight.
Tracking Data: The exact moment your order is packed and assigned to a delivery dispatch courier, Shopify will automatically email you a unique tracking link. You can click this link at any time to monitor your package's movement in real time.
4. Delivery Instructions, Landmarks, and Address Accuracy
Operational Accuracy: To ensure zero friction on delivery day, please provide a complete and accurate physical address. We strongly recommend using the apartment line at checkout to include a distinct regional landmark (e.g., adjacent structures, prominent buildings).
Delivery Inquiries: Our partner dispatch drivers will call the phone number provided at checkout before arrival. If a courier attempt fails due to an unreachable phone line or wrong address details, the package will return to our fulfilment hub, and the buyer will be responsible for a re-delivery dispatch fee.
5. Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility and a tracking link is assigned, structural custody of the shipment transitions to our logistics couriers.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not physically received the package, or if it is heavily delayed past our standard windows, please contact our support desk immediately at bridgecoreng@outlook.com or via WhatsApp at 08102745126.
